Rocky Pointe Marina, Portland

We're finishing up some fairly major maintenance (sealing decks, new bottom paint, some spar maintenance, etc.), in preparation for moving all six of us on board in the next few days and spending the summer bobbing around in the water. We're hoping to move aboard in the next couple of days, but need to finish getting rid of or storing all of our stuff, wrapping up Molly's business, selling our house, and otherwise tying up about 800 loose ends.
