Rocky Pointe Marina / Portland

Grandma Barbara was in Portland for a State Farm seminar, so we packed up our swimsuits and headed to the downtown Marriott for some R & R! Aaron brought his computer and was able to check email and do some banking, and the kids and I hit the pool! We stopped to see the "Burrito Guy" Aaron used to frequent when he worked at Extensis, and then played in the Ira Keller fountain and got soaked! Walked back to the Marriot and lounged on Grandma's cushy bed and watched "The Disney Channel." The babies were not thrilled to leave the lap of luxury for boat chores, but we have stuff to do! Got the yummiest fresh strawberries on Sauvie Island on the way home -- fantastic!
